Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO EXCEPTIONS. Virtus Labs LLC does not issue refunds, replacements, store credits, or exchanges under any circumstances, without exception. By completing a purchase, you irrevocably waive any right to a refund or return. Do not place an order unless you fully understand and accept this policy.

01 — Absolute No-Refund Policy

Virtus Labs LLC maintains a strict, unconditional no-refund policy. No refunds, credits, replacements, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or accidental order
  • Dissatisfaction with a product for any reason
  • Claims of incorrect or missing items
  • Shipping carrier delays, losses, or errors
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Inability to use or store the product properly
  • Customs seizure or import restrictions in your jurisdiction
  • Any other reason whatsoever

This policy exists because our products are high-purity lyophilized research compounds that cannot be re-tested, re-certified, or restocked once they leave our possession. The integrity of our supply chain depends on an absolute chain-of-custody standard that makes returns categorically impossible.

02 — Order Verification is Your Responsibility

Before completing any purchase, you are solely responsible for verifying that your order — including product selection, size, quantity, and shipping address — is correct. Virtus Labs LLC will not be held responsible for any errors made during checkout by the customer. Once payment is processed, an order is final and cannot be modified, cancelled, or reversed.

03 — Claims of Incorrect or Missing Items

Virtus Labs LLC photographs and documents all shipments prior to dispatch as part of our internal quality procedures. If you believe you received an incorrect item, you may contact us at Support@VirtusPeptides.com to report the issue. Please be aware of the following:

  • Contacting support does not entitle you to a replacement, refund, or credit of any kind
  • Virtus Labs LLC will review all claims at our sole and absolute discretion
  • Due to widespread fraud in this industry, all claims are treated with a high degree of scrutiny and we reserve the right to decline any claim without explanation
  • Any resolution offered — if offered at all — is entirely at the discretion of Virtus Labs LLC and does not set a precedent for future claims

We are not obligated to resolve any claim in your favor and make no guarantee of any outcome from contacting support.

04 — Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for any order placed with Virtus Labs LLC constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service and this Refund Policy. We will respond to all chargebacks by providing complete documentation to the relevant financial institution, including but not limited to: order records, shipping confirmation, product photographs, and all applicable policy agreements acknowledged at checkout. Customers who initiate chargebacks may be permanently banned from making future purchases and may be subject to civil legal action for the disputed amount plus associated fees and costs.

05 — Carrier and Shipping Issues

Virtus Labs LLC's responsibility for your order ends when the package is tendered to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, misdeliveries, lost packages, damaged packages, or any other event that occurs after a package leaves our facility. If you wish to file a claim for a carrier-related issue, you must do so directly with the carrier. Virtus Labs LLC will not intervene in carrier disputes on your behalf and will not issue compensation for any shipping-related issue.

06 — Jurisdiction and Customs

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the import and possession of any compound is lawful in your jurisdiction. Virtus Labs LLC is not responsible for packages seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs or any regulatory authority. No refund or replacement will be issued in the event of a customs seizure or import restriction.

07 — Acceptance of Policy

By completing a purchase from Virtus Labs LLC, you acknowledge that you have read this Refund Policy in full, that you understand it, and that you irrevocably agree to its terms. If you do not agree with this policy, do not place an order.
